What they need
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced lawyer to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate must be an Egyptian national with over five years of professional experience in the Emirates.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice and representation
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
Handle litigation and dispute resolution
Ensure compliance with local and international laws
Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support
Keep abreast of legal developments and changes in the law
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
Valid license to practice law in the Emirates
Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in the Emirates
Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both Arabic and English
High ethical standards and professionalism
