• Review case information and identify key legal issues to support informed action.
• Prepare legal correspondence, court documents, submissions and other matter-related materials.
• Provide clear legal advice on dispute options, risks and next steps.
• Conduct legal research and apply findings to written advice and case preparation.
• Engage with parties, legal representatives and relevant stakeholders to progress matters.
• Prepare for hearings, conferences and negotiations to support effective case outcomes.
• Maintain accurate matter records and keep documentation organised throughout each case.

The Successful Applicant A successful 'Lawyer - Dispute Resolution And Litigation' should have:

• Experience managing dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Strong legal research skills and the ability to apply findings to practical advice.
• Capability to draft clear legal documents, correspondence and submissions.
• Knowledge of court processes and litigation preparation.
