Real Estate / Property Lawyer

AIM Bangkok advises international clients on legal and business matters in Thailand. A significant part of our work involves real estate transactions, including condominiums, leaseholds, villas and land-related projects.

We are looking for a lawyer with a solid understanding of Thai real estate and property law. Extensive experience in every area is not required. We are open to candidates with limited practical experience who have strong legal knowledge, good drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to take responsibility for matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and support property due diligence
• Review and draft sale and purchase agreements, leases, and other property-related contracts
• Identify legal risks and prepare clear, practical advice for clients
• Assist with transaction structuring
• Handle or coordinate registrations with the Department of Lands and other authorities
• Coordinate with clients, developers, sellers, buyers, agents, and government officers

Requirements

• LL.B. from an accredited Thai university
• Thai lawyer’s licence
• Practical experience or a strong demonstrated understanding of Thai real estate and property law
• Good knowledge of property transactions, leases, land-related matters, and common property structures
• Strong contract review, drafting, and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify practical risks
• Good professional English
• Reliable and able to manage deadlines and multiple matters
