Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, Email Marketing Operations, or Marketing Automation .
• Strong hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for email development .
• Experience in customer journey orchestration and campaign execution .
• Proficiency in email QA processes and rendering validation tools.
• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and campaign performance optimization.
• Familiarity with email rendering and testing platforms such as Litmus, Email on Acid , or similar.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
