LDCS Enterprise & Technical Sales

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise & Technical Sales professional to develop and grow strategic accounts within the Data Center market.

The role focuses on large enterprises, colocation providers and hyperscale data centers, covering solutions such as racking systems, containment, cable management, UPS, busway, PDUs, cooling and cabling infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic/key customer accounts.
• Develop account plans and drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business, cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Understand customer infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable Data Center solutions.
• Work closely with Engineering, Marketing and Project Delivery teams.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors and channel partners.
• Influence project specifications and develop new project opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals and lead commercial negotiations.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, IT or electrical industries preferred.
• Good understanding of enterprise buying cycles and account management.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data Center infrastructure experience is a strong advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
