Lead Academic Operations

We are seeking a Lead Academic Operations professional to join a reputed educational group in Mumbai. The role is pivotal in driving academic excellence across all centers, ensuring effective implementation of the curriculum, and providing operational support to franchise partners. The Lead Academic Operations will orchestrate regular academic reviews, center audits, and performance evaluations to identify gaps in academic delivery and initiate corrective actions. Monitoring satisfaction levels of both internal and external customers through various parent engagement programs is essential to secure student enrollments. The role also involves developing and implementing quality control systems for academic performance across the network, tracking academic KPIs, generating insights, and reporting regularly to senior management. Collaboration with business operations is crucial to achieve retention targets, and building strong rapport with key partners will support the implementation of key initiatives and compliance. As a leader, you will mentor and motivate the academic operations team to meet quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals. Setting clear goals and KRAs for team members, reviewing their performance regularly, and providing constructive feedback will be part of your responsibilities. You will also identify capability gaps and develop the team through coaching, training, and stretch assignments, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team and the franchise academic network. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or a related field, along with a strong background in academic process implementation, compliance, and educator development. Leadership certification in Early Childhood education is preferred. Excellent leadership, team management skills, and a deep understanding of early childhood education practices are essential for success in this role.
