Lead Accountant

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least eight (8) years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting – Oversee the monthly financial closing process and prepare accurate statutory and management reports for real estate operations.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, PEZA, and other applicable regulatory requirements affecting the company's real estate business.
• Procure-to-Pay Process – Review and approve purchase and payment transactions to support property operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Revenue and Collections – Monitor tenant billings and collections, ensuring timely payment of lease rentals and other property-related charges.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
