Description

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of franchise accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support budget planning and forecasting activities for franchise operations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist with audits and ensure all financial documentation is well-organised and readily available.

Profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Experience in managing franchise accounts within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
