Lead- Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Review accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Support preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax requirements.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors.
• Supervise the Accounts team and improve accounting processes as per standards.

Skills Requirements

• Master’s in Finance (MBA, M.Com), ACCA preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in textile/apparel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations and financial closing.
• Strong working knowledge and Practical exposure of ERP systems and office automation tools.
