• Oversee facility management, housekeeping, canteen operations, transport, guest house, and office infrastructure.

• Coordinate with security teams to ensure effective access control and site security.

• Manage administrative budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.

• Liaise with government authorities, local administration, and regulatory bodies as required.

• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare activities at the plant.

• Develop and implement administrative SOPs and best practices.

• Handle emergency response coordination and business continuity requirements.
