DataBeat Consulting is seeking to hire for the role of a Digital Media Lead. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic talent and quick learners who could take up challenges. In this role, you will own responsibilities and master various skills – handling data, business decision making, project management, client communication & management and support DataBeat growth.

Role:

• Acquire subject matter expertise in Media and Adtech space over a period to own revenue management on behalf of the client and be their trusted advisor
• Maintain a cadence of regular meetings with clients to understand their roadmaps and priorities to proactively identify opportunities to grow the partnership beyond any initial deal
• Lead multiple accounts and solve high complexity client problems
• Manage a team of account managers and analysts (with the below responsibilities) in building client relationships, ensuring a successful partnership and great experience
  • Study the data, identify patterns, present insights, and make recommendations to support the client on business decisions
  • Extract relevant data from the tools and systems to be able to solve a business problem at hand o Traffic, optimize and manage campaigns in the ad server of Publishers
  • Own the reporting systems and needs (periodic or ad-hoc) of the client
• Be a thought partner to the client outlining innovative solutions and drive revenue upticks Proactively resolve business and operational issues with clients
• Interact/ address CXO-level audience and deliver impactful presentations/workshops
• Being involved in Hiring, Training, in building and/or guiding teams in creating high-quality deliverables

Skills:

• Experience in AdTech/Digital Media space. Hands on experience of programmatic concepts like UPR Optimization, Header Bidding, GAM)
• Hands on experience in GAM, SSPs (Appnexus, Magnite, Openx etc), Header bidding optimization and various yield optimizations (like Ad-Refresh, Ad-blocking)
• Have experience in client facing/management and team management role
• Strong team player; Keen interest in mentoring and grooming team members
• Strong analytical and data handling skills (expert-level knowledge on MS Excel)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to think logically and communication skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
• Strong Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-paced environment and under deadlines - Knowledge of various methods to analyze & present the data is a plus

Location: Hyderabad, India Work hours: 4 PM - 1 AM or 5PM – 2 AM or 6 PM – 3 AM based on client requirement
