Lead Advisor

Do you know Mumbai real estate inside out? And believe homebuyers deserve advice, not a sales pitch?

At Propsoch, we’re building a buyer-first real estate advisory brand to help people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with confidence.

We’re looking for an experienced Market Expert to lead our Mumbai Transactions team as we expand our presence in the city.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, hire and coach a high-performing team of Market Experts.
• Build strong developer relationships and evaluate projects across Mumbai’s micromarkets.
• Advise HNI clients on property selection, due diligence, pricing and negotiations.
• Bring an investment lens to every recommendation, from rental yields to infrastructure-led appreciation.

Who should apply?

• 7–8 years of experience in Mumbai’s residential real estate market.
• Experience with a leading real estate advisory/consulting firm or developer.
• Strong micromarket knowledge and proven team leadership skills.
• A customer-first mindset, with a clear preference for advisory over pushy sales.
• The ownership and growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

At Propsoch, we’re rethinking how India buys homes. If you want to put your real estate expertise to work for buyers and help build something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
