Job Title: Lead Agentic AI Engineer/Agentic AI Technical Lead – Supply Chain

Job Description:-

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions for Supply Chain use cases.
• Build multi-agent architectures, LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks.
• Implement production-ready AI solutions using Python, LangChain, vector databases, and enterprise APIs.
• Lead technical design, integration testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Integrate ERP, CRM, and enterprise data sources with strong security and governance.
• Define agent evaluation, observability, human-in-the-loop workflows, and failure-handling strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams; NVIDIA NeMo and AIQ experience is preferred.

Mandatory Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Proven experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience designing multi-agent architectures and orchestration workflows.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs and data connectors.
• Strong solution architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
