Title: Senior AI Engineer / Lead AI Engineer / AI Technical Lead

Experience: 7 to 8+ years in software/AI engineering, with substantial hands-on AI/ML experience

Location : Navi Mumbai (work From Office)

Core ownership: AI architecture model/LLM selection development production deployment monitoring technical leadership.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Lead AI Engineer / AI Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead production-grade AI solutions. The role requires strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs/VLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI system architecture, along with technical leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• AI/ML: ML, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, OCR/document intelligence, model training/fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Generative AI: LLMs, VLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling.
• Agentic AI: RAG, AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, memory, guardrails and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Production AI: Python, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, REST APIs, microservices, GPU inference.
• LLMOps/MLOps: model versioning, evaluation, observability, latency/cost optimization, CI/CD and production monitoring.
• Enterprise architecture: secure deployment, RBAC, API security, data privacy, auditability and on-prem/private-cloud AI.
• Leadership: architecture/design reviews, mentoring engineers, POCs, technical decision-making, stakeholder communication, and taking solutions from POC to production.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, IT, or related field, with 7 to 8+ years of relevant industry experience and proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.
