Position: AI Engineering Lead / Architect

Experience: 7+ Years Overall

AI/ML Engineering Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience building production-grade AI/ML systems
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG & NLP
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker
• Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda, S3, Glue & EKS
• Experience building Data & AI pipelines
• Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, Monitoring & Model****Versioning
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.
• Exposure to Docker & Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Security, Guardrails & Governance

Domain Preference

Experience in the Insurance domain will be an added advantage.
