A prominent Financial Services group is executing a ground-up modernization of its data and automation ecosystem, bypassing legacy constraints to build next-generation financial intelligence.

They are interested in bringing on a Lead AI Engineer who takes pride in working hands-on on the technical side while shaping the overarching AI roadmap. You won’t just produce theoretical strategy decks—you will get hands-on designing sophisticated agentic workflows, evaluating model architectures, and driving complex systems straight into production.

This role is ideal for a seasoned technical practitioner who thrives on building real-world software, but can also comfortably navigate boardrooms, challenge assumptions, and guide senior leaders on high-value AI investments.

• Serve as the technical authority on modern AI paradigms, separating cutting-edge engineering from market noise.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying complex AI systems, including modern LLM frameworks and agentic architectures.
• Demonstrated track record of taking AI initiatives from initial concept/POC into scalable production environments.
• Strong foundational background in Data Science combined with rigorous engineering disciplines.
