Lead AI Security Engineer

About the role

The organization is seeking professional security engineering resources to design, implement, operationalize, and support an enterprise-scale AI Agent Security capability across endpoint, datacenter, cloud, and container environments. The work includes discovery, visibility, segmentation, protection, monitoring, threat detection, governance, and operational integration for AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Discover, classify, and inventory AI agents, models, services, ownership, dependencies, and infrastructure
• Document discovery methodology, coverage assumptions, prerequisites, and sample evidence
• Collect telemetry from AI workloads and supporting infrastructure
• Monitor process behaviour, network activity, tool invocation, data access, and external communications
• Establish behavioural baselines and generate actionable alerts
• Design workload-, process-, and network-level segmentation for AI agent workloads
• Implement policy-based enforcement using approved change-management processes
• Restrict unauthorized communication paths and maintain exception documentation
• Provide testing, rollback, validation, and recovery procedures
• Develop AI-specific threat detection content mapped to documented risks
