Lead AI Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead to join a major enterprise transformation programme and lead the delivery of next-generation AI capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI , helping shape how intelligent systems are embedded across enterprise applications and business processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both handson technical delivery and technical leadership , bringing innovative AI solutions from concept to production while guiding teams and influencing strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and drive the AI architecture strategy across enterprise platforms.
• Design and deliver production-ready solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks .
• Lead the development of intelligent applications that automate processes, enhance customer experiences, and improve business outcomes.
• Build scalable AI workflows integrating vector databases, APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud services.
• Establish best practices for AI development, prompt engineering, governance, security, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor developers and technical teams on modern AI technologies and responsible AI principles.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies and recommend solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-enabled capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies.
• Proven experience delivering LLM-powered applications into production environments .
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions .
• Experience building Agentic AI systems and multi-step AI workflows.
• Strong software engineering background with excellent Python development skills.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimisation techniques.
• Working knowledge of AI frameworks including:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• LlamaIndex
• Semantic Kernel

Technical Expertise

• Python and JavaScript/TypeScript development experience.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI/GPT APIs, Claude, Hugging Face, and similar AI platforms.
• AWS cloud experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Understanding of MLOps and AI deployment practices.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.

Leadership Skills

• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and complex projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
