Lead -AM Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from RFQ to final delivery.
• Review engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements.
• Monitor quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and conduct regular reviews.
• Ensure on-time project execution and delivery.
• Categorize components into part families based on manufacturing processes and maintain risk assessment data.
• Identify manufacturing complexities related to tolerances, materials, and processes.
• Plan, track, and execute projects with a hands-on approach.
• Prepare route cards, stage drawings, identify critical risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Allocate work effectively within the team based on priorities.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure product and assembly requirements are understood.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and process compliance.
• Handle supplier interactions, negotiations, and communication.
• Support organizational goals and align with the company's vision and mission.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Aerospace, Precision Engineering, CNC Machining, Manufacturing Engineering, or Project Management.
• Proven experience handling complex machined components, supplier development, and new product introduction (NPI) projects.
