Lead Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage campaign analytics, reporting, and commission calculations.
• Calculate and validate commissions to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Perform weekly production, quality, and financial validations across campaigns.
• Support incentive management including SPIFs, client-funded incentives, and field bonuses.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and Excel reports for business and leadership insights.
• Perform forecasting and variance analysis to support decision-making.

Experience Required:

• 6-10 years of experience in analytics and reporting.
• Strong experience with Tableau dashboard development and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for calculations and data analysis.
• Experience in financial reporting, commission validation, and P&L analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and data quality.

Education: Any Graduation.
