Lead Analyst - IAM

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.
• Implement and maintain Entitlement Management, Access Packages, Catalogs, PIM, Access Reviews, and Conditional Access.
• Automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Develop PowerShell-based automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and reporting.
• Manage Azure RBAC, subscriptions, resource groups, and access governance.
• Identify and remediate orphaned accounts and excessive permissions.
• Support audit and compliance activities through documentation and evidence collection.
• Create IAM policies, SOPs, process documentation, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and DevOps teams to strengthen IAM controls.
