Role Summary:
Lead solution ownership and configuration for SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and related extensions. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver, support, and optimize SAP EAM/IAM solutions in an Agile environment.

What Youll Do:

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues for SAP EAM and IAM
• Collaborate with business partners to gather and analyze requirements
• Configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions to address business needs or resolve issues
• Develop basic technical expertise in ABAP code analysis/low code development, SAP Security, continuous integration, or automation
• Partner with developers to design, code, and implement custom or complex solutions
• Analyze and execute system tests to verify solutions effectiveness
• Oversee deployment of solutions to production environments
• Mentor team members and engage with stakeholders as a senior lead

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Experience supporting SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance Module in S/4 HANA
• Proficiency in SAP EAM configuration
• Experience with SAP ECC and integration with SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, CO)
• Knowledge of ITIL-based management practices and Agile methodology
• Familiarity with SAP Work Manager and SAP Asset Manager
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA in application operations support and/or project implementation within enterprise asset management
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP EAM extensions (e.g., Utopia) in application operations support and/or project implementation
• Advanced expertise in configuration leadership and solution design
• Experience in production support and Agile delivery

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Experience with clients in Oil and Gas/Manufacturing industry within SAP EAS domain
• Experience with S/4 HANA implementations / maintenance / support projects in Dev/QA/Production environments
• Experience with upgrades, add-on installations, HANA Scale-out environment, and multi-tenant databases

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in IT/Computer Science Engineering or related field
