What they need
- Degree in IT or equivalent
- At least 8 to 10 years within IT industry, with at least 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in implementing IT systems.
- Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Possess work experience with medium to large scale projects with good knowledge on system architecture and design, complex system integration and high-level functional end-to-end workflows.
- Possess leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Strong critical skills such as oral, written and verbal communication skills and analytical capability.
- Possess strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
- Able to cope with changes and pressures positively and stay on course to achieve the set goals
- Think outside the box and push boundaries to strive for continuous process improvement
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment and be a good team player.
- Healthcare domain knowledge and/or relevant deployment experience for medium to large scale projects would be an advantage
