Lead Analytics Consultant

London (Minimum 1 day per month) | £90,000 + 25% Bonus + 10% Pension

This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on Lead Analytics Consultant to join a growing analytics product team and drive the development of business-critical analytical tools. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, owning products from concept to production while helping shape the frameworks and standards that enable a small team to deliver at scale.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytical products from initial concept through to production and adoption
• Build user-facing applications, dashboards, and tools that support both internal and external stakeholders
• Translate ambiguous business problems into practical, scalable analytical solutions
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and shape product direction
• Develop reusable frameworks, templates, libraries, and components for wider team use
• Drive best practice across product development, code quality, and delivery processes
• Support and review the work of colleagues without taking on formal people management responsibilities
• Build solutions that remain maintainable, configurable, and scalable over time
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first environment

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience building analytical products that end users actively engage with
• Advanced Python development skills
• Experience with Shiny for Python, Streamlit, Dash, R/Shiny, or similar application frameworks
• Proven track record delivering products from incomplete requirements through to production deployment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capabilities
• Experience creating reusable assets, frameworks, and scalable solutions
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and ambiguity
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting product adoption and ongoing enhancement after release
• Ability to develop, debug, review, and maintain code independently without reliance on AI coding agents
