Lead Application Engineer (E-Mobility)

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

5+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Service, or Technical Support roles.

Strong adhesive application knowledge, including bonding technologies, sealants, dispensing, or related materials.

Experience supporting customers in electronic manufacturing processes, such as SMT, PCB assembly, semiconductor, or electronics assembly.

Knowledge of Thermal Interface Materials (TIM), thermal management solutions, gap fillers, thermal pads, or related applications is highly preferred.

Experience supporting automotive electronics, EV, battery, power electronics, or e-Mobility applications is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting, customer-facing technical support, and application development experience.

Ability to work closely with customers to conduct product trials, process optimization, and technical problem-solving.

Good communication skills in English.

Chinese language capability is an advantage but not mandatory.
