Lead Application Management Group

• Define and execute application management and support strategies aligned with business and technology objectives
• Develop roadmaps for application enhancements, upgrades, capacity planning, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, information security, and vendor teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities to enhance system reliability and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, information security, audit, risk, and regulatory requirements
• Establish and implement incident, problem, change, release, and service request management processes.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL standards, SDLC processes, and application lifecycle management frameworks.

• Complete RCAs for escalated issues within 48 hours
