Lead Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Architectural design and coordination across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Deliver projects within scope, quality standards, and timelines.
• Produce and review drawings, models, using Revit.
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Oversee junior architects work
• Coordinate with ASMEPF and external consultant to deliver the project
• Support technical detailing, design development, and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Responding to RFI/Submittals
• Understanding of Specifications & BOQ
