Lead / Architect Salesforce Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for complex customer service applications.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and complex Flows.
• Design technical solutions following Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Analyze, refactor, debug, and optimize existing Apex code.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Handle data modeling, data migration, and scripting activities end-to-end.
• Apply Salesforce performance and scalability best practices.
• Work with Salesforce AI capabilities and leverage GitHub Copilot/AI-assisted development.
• Implement CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes using SFDX CLI, Copado, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Follow Git branching strategies and manage merge/conflict resolution using VS Code/IntelliJ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a Lead/Architect Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

The candidate should have a strong technical architecture background with hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, complex Flows, integrations, data migration, performance optimization, and Salesforce DevOps.
