Role & responsibilities:
- Developing & implementing LT & MT strategies for Watch Assembly
- Prepare Annual operating plan inline with Key Performance Indices
- Execute and delivery Volume (inline with business flexibility /variations), Aligned Delivery with targeted cost and quality
- Driving people engagement and institutionalise continuous improvement programmes
- Incorporate stakeholder requirement and enable stakeholder performance
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate Engineer with 18- 20 years in engineering Industry with exposure to Assembly of precision parts preferred (manual / partially automated)
