Lead Associate Chiropractor

We are looking for an experienced, confident chiropractor to serve as the Lead Doctor in our established Murfreesboro practice.

This is not a traditional associate position where you'll spend your day working underneath another doctor. You will be the primary doctor in the clinic, leading the clinical side of the practice, building relationships with patients, and taking ownership of your results. We're looking for someone who wants that responsibility. The right doctor is confident making decisions, comfortable leading a team, and excited about being the doctor patients and team members look to each day.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of chiropractic practice experience, with 3-5+ years preferred
• Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in Tennessee or eligible to obtain Tennessee licensure
• An excellent adjuster who is comfortable treating a wide variety of patients
• A strong communicator who connects easily with patients and team members
• Comfortable being the Lead Doctor and primary clinical presence in the practice
• Able to confidently lead a busy clinic without needing another doctor looking over their shoulder
• Takes ownership and accountability for patient care, patient experience, and practice performance
• Truly believes in chiropractic and what consistent care can do for a patient's health and quality of life
• Confident recommending comprehensive care plans, including 24+ visits when clinically appropriate
• Able to clearly communicate the value of care and gain patient commitment to following through with recommendations
• Comfortable evaluating patients for and prescribing spinal decompression and laser therapy when clinically appropriate
• Coachable and committed to improving as a clinician, communicator, and leader

Most importantly, you should genuinely enjoy a high-volume practice. We're not looking for someone who is simply capable of seeing 50+ patients in a day - we're looking for a doctor who wants to build and maintain that type of patient volume and thrives in a busy, high-energy environment. More Than a Traditional Associate Position You'll have the opportunity to run the clinical side of an established practice without taking on the financial risk and administrative burden of practice ownership. We provide the team, systems, infrastructure, marketing, and support. We're looking for a doctor who can step into that environment, lead from the front, take ownership of the patient experience, and drive clinical and practice performance.

You'll have support and resources when you need them, while still having the autonomy to lead your clinic. For the right person, that autonomy is one of the biggest advantages of this position. Weekly Work Schedule This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no weekend patient hours.

• Monday: Patient care - full day
• Tuesday: No scheduled patient care - dedicated to team training, meetings, leadership, and other practice responsibilities
• Wednesday: Patient care - full day
• Thursday: Patient care - full day
• Friday: Patient care through 12:30 PM; remaining time available for clinical/leadership responsibilities

Our current patient hours on full clinical days are generally 8:30 AM-12:30 PM and 2:30-6:00 PM. Friday patient care ends at 12:30 PM.

This structure provides a consistent five-day workweek without five full days of patient care, including a dedicated non-patient day on Tuesday, no scheduled patients Friday afternoon, and no weekend patient hours. Compensation & Benefits We believe great doctors should be rewarded for great performance.

This position offers a competitive base salary of up to $84,000, based on experience, plus a performance-based bonus structure with significant additional earning potential. For a doctor who excels in patient care, communication, production, and practice growth, total compensation of

$125,000+ is achievable.
