About the Position
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves hands-on work with computer hardware, software, and network systems in both in-house and field environments.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical and mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software systems
• Conduct field service visits to client locations to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Follow schematics and diagrams to ensure proper installation and configuration of equipment
• Perform cabling and wiring installations for network connectivity
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs as needed
• Troubleshoot software issues and perform updates or new installations
• Ensure compliance with low voltage and electrical safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a field technician or similar technical support role preferred
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams for equipment installation
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed

Security Clearance Requirement
All applicants must be able to qualify for and maintain a Security Clearance. This is a condition of employment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 + Based on Experience and Knowledge
