In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing internal, supplier, and certification-readiness audits. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert ensuring our engineering, manufacturing, and operational processes meet both international quality benchmarks and stringent energy-sector regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Dual-Framework Audits: Plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive audits mapped to both ISO 9001 guidelines and API Spec Q1/Q2 requirements.
  • Manage the Audit Lifecycle: Oversee the entire auditing process, from conducting formal opening meetings with executive leadership to drafting final technical audit reports.

  • Evaluate Product/Service Compliance: Audit critical manufacturing processes (e.g., Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients or Oilfield Equipment) or service deployment methodologies to ensure absolute conformity.
  • Determine Conformance: Exercise final professional judgment to classify non-conformities (NCRs) and Opportunities for Improvement
  • Drive Corrective Actions: Review Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective/preventive action plans.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Certifications: Must hold a current CQI | IRCA Lead Auditor Certification (for ISO 9001) AND a recognized API Lead Auditor Certificate (Q1 or Q2) exceeding 24 hours of formal training.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of auditing experience within heavy manufacturing, oil & gas, or petrochemical environments.
  • Technical Mastery: In-depth understanding of the transition to the latest editions of API Spec Q1/Q2 standards and ISO 19011 auditing principles.

Essential Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret highly technical design files, traceability records, and material data sheets.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication to confidently handle conflict resolution and present risk exposures to senior stakeholders.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
