Lead Backend Engineer (Nodejs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale backend systems using Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to system performance, scalability, reliability.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in software development with expertise in architectural design, code review, distribution system implementation.
• Strong understanding of design patterns (e.g., microservices) and REST API design principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL database management system.
