Lead Barista

Position: BARISTA

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or college-level education.
• At least 3-4 years of experience as a barista (preferred).
• Knowledge of different brewing methods and espresso machines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes.
• Ensure excellent customer service and engage with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, coffee machines, and utensils.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Suggest new drinks or seasonal specials.

Pay: Up to Php19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
