Lead Barista

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Barista to join our team at our location in 10420 Land O' Lakes, FL 34638. The Lead Barista will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality beverage standards, and leading the barista team to ensure smooth daily operations. This position offers an opportunity to showcase leadership skills in a fast-paced coffee environment while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff alike. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage orders with precision and consistency.
• Lead and motivate the barista team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain operational excellence.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Train new team members on beverage preparation, customer service protocols, and store procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Support management in implementing promotional activities and store initiatives.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage presentation standards.
• Ability to lead by example, motivate others, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• A professional attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
