Duties

• Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of quality.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence.
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting for guests.
• Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimize waste and control costs.
• Oversee cash handling, processing transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, alcohol regulations, and cleanliness protocols at all times.
• Provide training on bar techniques, POS operation, food handling, and customer service to new team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and cocktail creation.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to process cash transactions efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclub environments, catering events, or banquet settings is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
