Lead Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service and create memorable experiences for our guests. As a key leader behind the bar, you will oversee daily operations, mentor bartending staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and team management will drive the success of our bar program while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Duties

• Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere
• Oversee daily bar operations including inventory management, order processing, and cash handling using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Develop and refine beverage recipes, craft signature cocktails, and ensure consistency in drink presentation
• Train staff on proper food safety practices, responsible alcohol service, and POS procedures to uphold compliance standards
• Manage customer interactions to enhance guest satisfaction through personalized recommendations and attentive service
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food and beverage pairing during events like banquets or catering functions
• Monitor bar cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient workspace

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in mixology, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and cocktail creation
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably within fine dining or nightlife environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
• Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing processes, craft beers, and food handling procedures
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Experience with food safety certifications and compliance regulations within the hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration

Pay: $24.86 - $45.00 per hour
