Lead Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service and create memorable experiences for our guests. As a key leader behind the bar, you will create the cocktail menu, oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties

• Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere
• Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Develop innovative beverage recipes and craft signature cocktails to enhance guest experience
• Train staff on proper serving techniques, cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and responsible alcohol service
• Monitor stock levels
• Ensure all team members adhere to health regulations, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience as a Lead Bartender or Bar Manager in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy hours effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Experience working in upscale dining establishments
