Duties

• Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations
• Develop and refine beverage recipes, including cocktails, wine pairings, craft beers, and spirits to enhance menu offerings
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Train staff on proper serving techniques, cocktail preparation, food handling, and responsible alcohol service
• Manage guest interactions by providing expert recommendations on beverages and fostering a lively yet professional atmosphere
• Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions that boost sales and enhance guest experience

Skills

• Extensive bartending experience with a strong background in mixology, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and cocktail creation
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a bar team or supervising restaurant staff in a hospitality environment
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality standards
• Deep understanding of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically
• Knowledge of craft beer brewing processes, beverage recipe development, catering experience, and banquet service is highly desirable
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for retail math, cash handling, and inventory calculations
• Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is a plus; familiarity with hospitality industry standards is essential

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
