Lead Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings innovative and appealing
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, proper food handling, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, and POS transactions accurately during shifts
• Train new staff on beverage preparation techniques, POS systems, and customer service expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to health regulations
• Assist in catering events or banquet services as needed to support overall restaurant operations

Skills

• Extensive cocktail experience with knowledge of classic and contemporary recipes
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Knowledge of wine varieties, beverage recipe development, brewing techniques, and craft beer trends
• Experience in fine dining environments or hospitality settings that emphasize quality service
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and inventory management
• Previous bar management experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
