Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team by example, demonstrating expert bartending skills and excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Develop innovative beverage recipes to keep menus fresh and exciting while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, processing transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Train and mentor junior bartenders on techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
• Ensure a lively yet responsible environment by monitoring guest interactions and enforcing responsible alcohol service policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience as a Lead Bartender or Bar Manager is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience working in fine dining settings or hospitality environments that emphasize high-quality service and presentation.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
