Lead Bartender

Job Summary
Quinn's - Restaurant & Lounge is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to take an active role in beverage service while supporting the bar team and maintaining consistent service standards. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, knowledgeable about beverages, and capable of guiding team members during busy restaurant and lounge shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar service and help coordinate bartender and bar-support activities.
• Prepare cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency.
• Maintain high standards for drink quality, presentation, and service speed.
• Support training and coaching for bartenders and new team members.
• Monitor beverage inventory and communicate ordering or restocking needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the shift.
• Process orders, payments, and guest checks accurately.
• Handle guest questions and service concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain efficient service.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and bar side-work responsibilities.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable providing direction and support to other team members.
• Able to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Reliable, organized, and confident making decisions during busy shifts.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet applicable Idaho requirements for alcohol service.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
