Lead Bartender

*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. *Duties* - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process orders and payments - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Assist in organizing and executing special events or catering services *Requirements* - Previous experience in bartending or a related role - Knowledge of mixing drinks and brewing techniques - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Basic math skills for calculating orders and handling payments - Familiarity with restaurant operations and catering services is a plus - Must be at least 18 years old

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
