Lead Bartender

We are opening a new high-end Pan-Asian restaurant opening in Huntington Village. Our bar program is a core part of the concept: craft cocktails built on Asian-inspired ingredients like yuzu, shiso, Thai basil, sake, and smoked teas, alongside a tight wine and sake list.

The role

We are looking for a creative, technically sharp mixologist to help build and run the cocktail program from day one.

Responsibilities

• Execute a craft cocktail menu with speed, consistency, and precision on busy nights
• Contribute to seasonal menu development and new drink creation
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked bar station
• Educate guests on the cocktail, sake, and wine offerings
• Follow all responsible alcohol service standards

What we're looking for

• 2+ years behind a craft cocktail bar; fine-dining or upscale experience preferred
• Solid technique: stirred, shaken, and built drinks dialed in under pressure
• Knowledge of spirits, sake, and Asian flavor profiles is a big plus
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
• A hospitality-first mindset: the drink matters, the guest matters more

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
