Cru Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Lead Bartender to join our team.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about cocktails, wine, spirits, and creating memorable guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership position for a bartender who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and understands that a great bar is about more than just making great drinks.

Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable, organized, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality while helping maintain the highest standards of service and execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead by Example: Set the standard for hospitality, professionalism, teamwork, and execution behind the bar.
• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, product knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations.
• Execute with Consistency: Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits according to established recipes, proper measurements, and presentation standards.
• Support and Develop the Team: Assist in training bartenders and servers, sharing product knowledge, and reinforcing service standards.
• Maintain Bar Standards: Ensure the bar remains clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for service at all times.
• Drive Sales: Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and food with confidence and integrity while helping maximize the guest experience.
• Own the Details: Maintain proper pars, garnishes, glassware, opening and closing procedures, and accurate POS transactions.
• Communicate Effectively: Work closely with management, servers, and the kitchen to ensure seamless service and address guest needs.
• Maintain Accountability: Uphold responsible alcohol service, sanitation standards, proper cash handling, and all company policies.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in a full-service restaurant or craft cocktail bar.
• Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating guest connections.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others through example.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
