Lead Bartender — STARZ Adventures

STARZ Adventures is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to lead bar service at our family entertainment venue featuring bowling, arcade games, trampolines, and private events. We’re looking for someone who makes great drinks, welcomes guests, and keeps the bar team organized during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks consistently using approved recipes and portions.
• Lead bar shifts and coordinate bartender assignments, breaks, and service priorities.
• Train bartenders on drink preparation, guest service, POS use, and opening and closing procedures.
• Check identification, monitor alcohol consumption, and follow responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Track liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies; complete inventory counts and communicate ordering needs.
• Monitor pours, waste, spills, and complimentary drinks to help control costs.
• Process orders and payments accurately and complete assigned cash reconciliation.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bowling, and party staff to provide smooth service for guests and events.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed.
• Suggest seasonal drinks and promotions for management approval.

Qualifications

• At least two years of bartending experience preferred.
• Previous lead bartender or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of common cocktails, drink recipes, and proper pouring techniques.
• Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash.
• Able to train teammates and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Reliable, professional, and friendly with guests and coworkers.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and move bar supplies, with reasonable accommodation.
• Willing to complete required alcohol service training.
