Lead Bartender

Position Overview

As Bar Lead, you will oversee daily bar operations, ensure consistent product quality, support staff training, and uphold our service standards. You will work closely with management to maintain an efficient, well-organized, and engaging bar environment.

Core Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Lead opening and closing procedures for the bar.
• Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, inventory levels, and product rotation.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to company standards.
• Support cash handling, POS management, and accurate end-of-day reporting.

Staff Leadership

• Supervising bar staff.
• Support a professional, positive, and team-focused work environment.
• Lead by example in guest service excellence.

Service & Guest Experience

• Provide outstanding service to members and guests.
• Resolve issues calmly and efficiently, escalating to management when needed.
• Uphold liquor service compliance and safety standards at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
