Vino & Tap, a neighborhood wine bar in the heart of Downtown Cary, is looking for a full-time bartender with the potential to grow into our Head Bartender position.

We offer a curated wine selection, craft beer, and a fun, approachable champagne cocktail program. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and is ready to take on a leadership role.

• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends

We're looking for someone who can grow into a leadership position by demonstrating consistency, initiative, and a commitment to our standards.

The Head Bartender will help maintain beverage quality, oversee bar organization and inventory, assist with training, and help create an exceptional guest experience.

We can teach you our drinks. We're looking for the right person to help lead our bar.
