Your mechanical expertise, leadership abilities, and field service experience will play an important role in maintaining operational excellence, meeting project requirements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

- Conduct preventive maintenance on boilers, heating systems, hydronic systems, and associated mechanical components.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation to facilitate repairs, installations, and system upgrades.
- Monitor boiler operations and adjust controls as necessary to maintain efficiency, reliability, and compliance with applicable safety requirements.
- Complete boiler startups, commissioning, functional operation testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with field service teams, project personnel, customers, and other trades to diagnose complex issues and complete timely repairs and installations.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to other technicians while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, startup procedures, and system performance for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Work on a variety of prevailing-wage projects, which represent a majority of our company's workload, while meeting all applicable project, documentation, and timekeeping requirements.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers and project personnel while representing the company with a high level of professionalism.
- Follow all company, customer, OSHA, and project-specific safety requirements and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a boiler technician, with supervisory or lead-level experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as a industrial boiler technician or mechanic with a strong background in boiler systems, hydraulics, HVAC/R, or related fields.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance practices in field service environments.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for boilers, hydronics, HVAC systems, and mechanical components.
- Previous experience working on prevailing-wage, public works, commercial, or industrial projects is highly desirable.

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on safety, communication, and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently in demanding environments while adhering to safety protocols.
