The Opportunity

This isn’t a call-handling job. This is the front line of our entire business.

You’ll take enquiries from new customers and introducers and turn them into booked appointments for our Advisors — so that real conversations happen, real advice gets given, and real results follow. Every appointment you book is a domino. You’re the one who tips the first one over.

You’ll own your pipeline, your targets, and your performance. No micromanaging. No hand-holding. Just a phone, a CRM, and a target with the opportunity for you to excel and exceed.

What You’ll Achieve

Within your first 12 months, you’ll have:

• Responded to and converted a high volume of new enquiries into quality Advisor appointments
• Built a personal track record of strong conversion rates against target
• Developed a reputation with introducers and customers as sharp, professional and easy to work with
• Built a pipeline you manage proactively, not one that manages you
• Turned objection-handling into a genuine strength, not something you dread
• Progressed toward a bigger role within the business, on the back of consistent results

In short: you’ll turn enquiries into opportunities, and opportunities into a career.
